TIME for MARAGA to quit as the Kenyan CJ

Maraga is incapable

Maraga is a mere Joke not a Judge

He was just hired on a Religion note but is a wolf in a sheep's skin.

Maraga cannot even go near Former CJ shoes leave alone wear them , Mutunga was perfect

Today the judges without consultation with Maraga are going on a strike because they are led by a President who is a Luo and sympathetic to Raila and perceived Luo community.

Maraga is failing Kenya big

If I was Maraga i would by now give a notice to quite by July for another CJ to be sought.

Can Maraga quit? The Luo judges and lawyers will not like this as they know the next CJ would be someone they cannot control.

I am looking forward for Maraga to write his letter soon

This is a judge who almost threw Kenyans to the dogs...its only that the dogs had already eaten on 2007.

Maraga, if you read this, just do the needful to save Kenya and your face and go down with Wako side dish!!!!

His deputy flower girl would follow suit immediately and JSC start immediate action to ask for applications for those seats

Raila swearing himself in and Maraga keeping mum will have bad effects and could affect all case rulings in Kenya.

Maraga is not fit President of Judiciary.

Raila abused and vomited on Judiciary, his lawyers running to block arrests with court orders issued illegally by same "LUO" judges and affiliates a mock for Kenya constitution.

The reshuffle he did is useless as he should have asked those judges to step aside

I have been to both Nyanza and Central.Nyanza is lagging behind. If you bring in Embu or Meru, Nyanza is light years behind. Luos need to change tact.

As i said elsewhere, Raila is no longer interested in Nasa. He is in ODM

In fact Raila want Nasa to break up so that he start courting Ruto to form a friendly coalition(Jubilee-ODM) 2022 so that his people enter govt again.

Remember Raila saying "Ruto cannot win 2022 without Me?"
This is an eye open meaning Raila who has no heir apparent as at now may tend towards Ruto to say "Ruto Tosha" to steal the show and cover up everything so that 25%of govt goes to him leaving the scrap Nasa (Wiper,FK and others) in opposition.

Again Raila has stopped attacking Ruto and his focus is to send friendly people to Ruto to meet him as time goes by.

The Elections Ndii is said to pronounce come August 2018 will never happen by will be used to start tearing up Nasa as Raila will be fronted as the only candidate to run again making Melon, MaDVD and Wetabix angry ready to throw ODM out for the advantage of Raila who once alone can start negotiating with Ruto for 2022.

Raila won't die in opposition if he goes beyond 2022. He will move his people to support Ruto before retiring like Moi.smile
