Naivasha MP John Mututho got a reprieve Monday when a judge extended orders barring the Attorney General from prosecuting in a criminal case he is facing.
Justice Jeanne Gacheche extended the order to March next year while adjourning the case in which the MP is accused of defrauding Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) over Sh40 million, ten years ago

Waa!!!.......PLO's job is so well cut that he might not finish it in this life time unless he ships out all this thieves and leaves them in the middle of Atlantic naked.

Lady Justice Gacheche. Certainly not a he.

On what grounds do you delay from prosecution??. I thought a judge/and even the accused would like swift prosecution so that the accused is acquitted swiftly.

those legally learned can confirm that one doesnt lose parliamentary seat just because of prosecution?

The ruling of this particular judge is mostly suspect

I've dealt with this guy on a number of occasions! Never dealt with a more unprofessional individual in my life! He feels he's the most important person ever born. I remember on one occasion, he insisted I carry my payslip to compare with his so that we see 'who can tell who what'! NKT!

@nostoppingthis: Gacheche has been going against the grain lately, issuing contradictory orders and issuing stay orders on other orders by other judges. However, she is usually quite balanced and will go with logic more often than she does with the law!
