Anybody interested in Utawala plots. Size 50x72 feet. Each kes 750K. Good flat ground and on marrum soil. Lots of construction going around the area. Area developing very fast. About 150 meters from bypass. Near the hardware stage.
No titles yet but certificates are available.


Anybody interested in Ruiri East Kiu plots. Size 50x100 feet. Each kes 1.5M. Good flat ground and on marrum soil. Lots of construction going around the area. Area developing very fast. About 100 meters from bypass. Near place wher bypass curves to the right as you head to Ruai. About 1km from thika road/bypass junction.
Titles are available and are freehold.
