Am selling 2 acres, in mavoko town block fronting Athi river at 1M per acre, its agricultural land am already doing greenhouse farming in it, its 5 acres but i want to sell 2 acres any interested buyers can let me know.

no thankyou, with land going as cheap as 100k per acre in western, and water being as plentyfull as rain, where else can one do agribussiness?

Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly boss any business depends on your availability, this is mavoko and not western, so thats okay i dont think there is comparison when it comes to pricing coz of geagraphical differences, anyway good luck with your search of 100k per acre.

cheap is always expensive in the long run.
with the advancement in irrigation technology its better to farm near nairobi(mavoko) because there is a ready big market and the roads to the market are good.
Politics is just things to keep the people divided and foolish and put your trust in men and none of them can do nothing for you...

?? As if there is no market for produce in Kakamega, Bungoma, Kisumu, Kisii etc

i did not say there are no markets there...all i said was the market in nairobi is big
you cannot even compare the prices in nairobi with what you get in those areas where almost everybody is a farmer
