who has read this book? i watched him on Larry King and i think it makes for interesting reading especially now when most economies are going thru hell. he actually says this is the best time to buy real estate. i like some of his quotes.... 'Get in,get it done,get it done right,and get out.' ....... 'Compete with yourself to be the best you can be' .......... 'Business is no place for stream of consciousness babbling,no matter how colorful you think you're being,People appreciate brevity in today's world.'... 'A hungry man will realize something immediately. If he had money,he wouldn't be hungry.'... and he uses the somali pirates issue to illustrate some of his points...
