Biggest name in SME strategic planning

We are a fast growing SME with a niche market. We are looking to develop a strategic plan with external facilitation, at a reasonable cost. What are some of the names you have dealt with on such issues. I have heard of Njeri Rionge, Dr. wahome Gakuru, Mungai Kihanya, Carol Musyoka, Vincent Machuki.
