You are ranked according to the time you finish paying for the plot. If you finish first you are ranked numero uno, second to finish is ranked numero dos, third to finish is ranked numero tres, na kuendelea.
After majority have finished paying up, subdivision is done, then you are called to the site to select your plot. Numero uno is called first to select, then Numero dos, then Numero tres, na kuendelea. So the earlier you finished paying up the better the chance for you to the plot at a location that suits you. Lipa haraka!!
