Want to Open a Transactions Account

Hi guys,

I want to open a transactions account as I am fed-up with Stanchart and their lousy customer service. This time I want to deal with a 'smaller' bank and I've identified 4 options in Bank of Africa, Chase Bank, Imperial Bank and I&M (though I&M is not a 'smaller' Bank).

I will appreciate your insight on your experience with these banks.

...... the choice should be yours but either Co-op Bank or Bank of Africa will do.....

Thank Layman. I was hoping people would give their experience with the above banks so allow me to make a comparison and decides from there!

Depends on what you really want to do with that. Have been with Imperial for like the last six years and their service is really great. They really have the touch of a small bank in the way they treat clients.
