Hi Guys,

Anyone who knows about Mwanzo Dvlp Co.? My partner and I own some plots of land in Joska ( a few KMs from Kamulu town), and were given allocation certificates.

Efforts to follow up on the LR number from the company have been futile. Selling and buying land is also proving difficult, as the seller has to pay 20k to release his/her name from their database, and the buyer has to cough 10k to have the certificate under his/her name.

The company is not ready to release this info, I believe coz they don't want guys following up on their own title deeds; and also coz they won't be able to rip guys off.

does the certificate contain a LR? It should if they are genuine. was about to check them out for some market stall plots. Muradi investment was selling plots whose master title has not been transfered to the company's name. the certificate of allocation has no LR

The certificate doesn't have the LR number. The only "number" it has is the allotment one, which is specific to Mwanzo....
