i am seeing a situation where people here are treating 'land purchasing' as if they are walking into a shopping mall. 'nipatie ile.
there are things one shouls ask first and foremost.
1. what type of lease is the land or if it is leasehold or free hold.
2. why is the owner selling?
3. is it subdivided? or it's a block
4. has it been developed?
and many others depending on what you need to use it for.
