Imagine you send your driver to fuel, your accountant loads the transaction value onto driver (staff) phone, you tell the guy go to Kobil at such and such a place(or any station with this thing) guy makes order, gets fuel and the transaction is updated automatically online, issues electronic copy of receipt to accounts: i.e
Payee
Mobil Kenyatta Avenue, P.O Box, Tel: Blah bla bla
Fuel KBJ 69R Amount 2000/-
Paid By Staff: Njuguna, Tel
Wazua Corporation blah blah blah
No cash is handled by employees as this facilitates inter corporate transactions. Corporate puts float with service or is guaranteed a certain amount by a bank e.t.c
Example two: Guy wants spares, brings quotes for small chums, say 5k, You load amount to staff member, he goes picks up goods, transfer is effected, receipt issued, etr issued, discount issued guy handles no cash, no cashier, system has no allowance for cash to staff, his balance indicated on your accountants terminal and all sorts of reports (cant withdraw).
Wouldn't this help for those small cash issues, i really experience problems trying to deal with cash issues, you cant stop giving cash at the same time you are always trying to avoid it. obviously not a very novel idea, why is it not being implemented?
