Syokimau Profile

Syokimau is the fastest growing residential area and the latest suburb of Nairobi Metropolitan following decongesting the city of Nairobi compaign. It is part of Mavoko Municipal Council. It is neighboring Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on the south end and across from KAPA Oil Refineries along Mombasa Road. It is only 15 minutes from downtown Nairobi. Syokimau has grown from a few homes in 2002 to numerous estates, and exclusive Bungalows and villas. Land will soon be fully serviced. Homes coming up in this prime land are mostly villas and masionettes each sitting on an ideal 50x100 ft plots.

Syokimau has several schools and probably one of the best private primary schools in the country. Notre Dame, Mt Sinai primary schools and Acacia junior academy stand well at the core of the suburb. Syokimau is only a few kilometers from major chain stores and other shopping convenience centers.

Property experts are predicting a rise in prices of residential properties in Syokimau with the completion of Mombasa dual highway in sight. Some are buying land and constructing houses in readiness for occupation as numerous businesses and industries are expanding along the modern dual carriage- Mombasa highway. Nearly all players in property business see the Mombasa Road stretch between Mlolongo as the hottest-spot in town.
Fuelling the demand are the prospects of the modern highway and construction of bypasses linking the road to strategic towns like Namanga—a border town. The area’s location in relation to the airport, the planned construction of five-star hotels, world-class entertainment facility and its relative short distance from Central Business District (CBD)are some of the key reasons real estate players are putting forth as the cause of rise in demand.

Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK) and other leading realtors says the Mombasa Road Stretch to Athi River region has the best property prospects to anybody wishing to put up property either for personal occupation or for speculative purposes.

HAVING SAID THAT...
This is just a reminder to those who are willing to own a piece of land in Nairobi or its environs that the time to buy is now.
The reason being that prices will soon shoot up given that land is becoming a very valuable asset.

The minimum size of plots we offer is 50x100 but there is no maximum limit.

@African coloner.
I got no properties in Ruiru, but ill get you posted if i find one.
@Maina
I got no much to write about Kamulu apart from stating that demand for cheaper option of owning properties is pushing investors towards those areas. majority are buying for speculative purposes while others buy for farming (green Houses) and the rest settle.
The plots i have mentioned are past Brookshine, they located 2 KMs from Joska shopping center on the right handside of the road(if coming from NRB)

P/S SYOKIMAU plots that i had are now sold out, thanks for the good response i received from WAZUA, i will keep you informed if we acquire more in future..
