Online air tickets from JKIA

Dear all,
I am in the USA and I need to buy an air line ticket to bring my brother over to the US. I would like to buy his ticket on line from this end and was wondering if these are accetptable at JKIA. Anyone with experience let me know.

What do you think Kenya is? ...a place where men still walk around in animal skins!!!. You can purchase a ticket from Nairobi when you are in the Us,even to hell,for you and your brother....!!!
Visit Kenya airways website and they will connect you to wherever ypu want to go.
