Sometime In 2006,CFC finacial Services credited my domant CDS account with 1000 KQ Shares,..I had not requested for the shares and neither was thier any credit balance on that particular account to buy the shares,.I realised they had credited my CDS account through monthy statement sent by CDSC. I enquired from thier offices on Chiromo road. The shares had been bought at a very high price of Kshs 132 while the market price was around KShs 100 per share.
The lady i was dealing admitted the mistake was on thier side since they dont buy share for clients unless you have money in your account. with CFC,you had to physically sign a printed copy before thier staff to place any order. She said,for them to reallocate them,i have to sell them. I realised that could have left my account with negative balance of Kshs 32,000.00. I told them its was thier problem and thy should sort it out.. i told them i cannot sell shares which were allocated erroniously to my account.
Several years later,they are now demanding the full payment of the entire Kshs 132,000.00,I will not pay them even asigle coin. I have told them they can sell them if they want but now they are threatening me through thier lawyer Wangongu & Mboya Advocates to take me to court.
I feel so pissed off with them and i feel i should not spend even a single coin on the matter,
