Welcome to Jacaranda Gardents. Built on 20 acres of scenic land that combines function and aesthetics, It incorporates over 40% of expansive manicured lawns, mature gardens, dedicated recreation spaces and pedestrian routes.

Jacaranda Gardens’ recreation and commercial centre comes equipped with a state-of-the-art gymnasium , business centre, restaurants, meeting rooms, hospital, nursery school, and a swimming pool covering 500 sqm.


This is a project by the chinese who built Kasarani Sports complex.I visited these guys who are located along Kamiti Road, opposite Maziwa stage a few meters past Githurai 44 on your to Kahawa West. All the sample houses are ready, very well designed and construction is going on. Find time and visit them.

A very good view indeed....!

Guys on the top floor will be able to see Kamiti prisoners chilling in their cells...God forbid there is a prison breakout or escapees....I like the way developers are showing some really nice pictures complete with couches, beds and all and cool colors.

Then when you are given the keys, you walk into white washed walls, amateur finishes and wonder what happened to the pictures you had seen on their website.

How much are the houses?

I have heard that Jacaranda is surrounded wild, ornamental and fruit bearing plants, which have been planted and nurtured with tender loving care by the hand of its owners.

the prices 'start' from 5.6 M

i think along this route some houses called golden mile park near that GSU roundabout represent better value starting at 6.6 M..
