I am finalising the transfer of my 1/4 plot at syokinau (near proposed administration site)and I would like to sell it immediately the title deed is out. I plan to sell a 1/8 at 950k. reach me on riechard26@yahoo.com

What's the width * Length? Sorry, I am not sure what 1/8 plot is.

And you mean syokimau, right?

How far are you from Kappa?

The size of the plot is 100 x 100. Near the place they mould cement stuff like ventilations etc. You divert at Mama rounda stage
