Anti laundering act 2009 is here with us.I think they should put a limit if exceeded then the law should apply otherwise it will scare away most investors.What is you take on this?

Nothing new IMO. CBK has had guidelines for commercial banks on money laundering for ages, CMA published Know Your Customer guidelines for brokers last year. I don't see how the regulations will discourage investors.
