I am glad that this matter is now receiving attention from our politicians. I particularly like Prof Kamar's comments on maids having more children than the employers. I think it is high time we made a law limiting number of children otherwise the poverty levels will continue being unmanagable. See link below

It is not crazy. The census talks of number of children per mother. If a man wants to have many childrn, he will have to marry many women. I think it makes sense.

the number of children should be determined by capability to provide. simple. but ask many Africans.
