A Kisii man was arrested for killing a woman over the weekend (somewhere in Keroka!!!) and he went ahead and admitted he had murdered 3 more women in the recent past and downed their red blood... Its just some psychos out there... its just a coincidence that what has been reported - 2 cases out of may be hundreds unreported happen to come from that side...
