go to your broker and ask them to sell it..do some homework and find out where the secondary market price of the bond is

@Fundaah = NO, I shall not join you. However, is this really the best forum to campaign for/against the proposed constitution? I would have gone the route of amending and adding what we like into the current constitution and continuing to haggle on the bits that we disagree with.

As Kizee rightly put it u have to sell it in the secondary market probably through a fund manager or a custodial service or thru your broker as most still trade in bonds. It currently selling @ 9.90 or 9.85% but if the volume is small it will be higher than that an off market rate.

Sorry ammendment was not provided for at this stage in the constitutional ammendment Act 2008

http://www.kenyalaw.org/...ya_Review_Bill_2008.pdf

....for obvious reasons that saboteurs of the new constitution would use the ammendment clause to ensure that we never get it forever....through agreeing and then disagreeing then agreeing... pendulum our Mps are known for....
in such circumstances.... it would be advisable to take the goodies...inthe draft ....then deal with the haggling bits latter rather than throwing the baby with the birth towel....

Please join me and lets secure the future of our children through good governance and equitable distribution of wealth....Pray Pray
