Do you recall a share restructuring at 4:1 ratio in 2017.. The fact is that unless an Open Offer also named Rights Issue happens, majority of retail traders will still be locked in at ABP KES 21, some as high as KES 40 and beyond. Try to think the volumes out. Ignorance is best left undisplayed
