Why close them?
ET will gobble them
No pilots?

Not really... It's not making any money... Blind leadership we also brought it up here a while back... What's the point of expanding at this time...?

More like blind followers.. Why did the KQ staff hound Ngunze out. He was the messiah

Boss KALPA were conned by CS Macharia to make life hard for Mbuvi... They insisted on an expatriate and voila got Mikosi.. Shida tupu...

When will the two E190s written off being replaced?

Lack of aircrafts/ capacity, pilots and half year loss reported means KQ cannot keep non-performing routes.

Expansion is not to blame here. No revenue increase without routes. Mikosz is right on expansion to a large extent. It only needs to be done slowly with proper feasibility studies/ forecasting on demand. Expansion must never be put on hold even if the Airline is making losses.

Ngunze was never the right person for the job. He made so many stupid decisions. Anyone insisting he was fit for the job is not serious.

Wrong target market and wrong aircraft for that route.

Mbuvi was the right man at the wrong time.

The two have been replaced by leases from Poland 5YFFL/FFM

Thttp://www.wazua.co.ke/editors/yafEditor/bold.gifrue. KQ has sunk a bilion plus on the NY, Geneva and Rome launches

Doing the same mistakes... Instead of having an open process for the next recruitment MJ is still doing the same BS that landed Sebastian the job....

A very petty letter that goes personal on many instances.. Moses Ndiema could be a significant part of the problem at KQ

Well isn't this the exact thing that happened with Sebastian...? Why not have an open recruitment process? Trust me if they go the same route this will be the end of the airline...

This was supposed to be the next CEO.... Until the plan was scuttled.

On 29 May 2019, she resigned as CEO of Flybe, with her departure taking effect on 15 July of the same year. The move came folowing recurring financial problems in the company, which will be taken over by Connect Airways, a consortium of Virgin Atlantic, Stobart Air and a US investor.

So Sebastian was/is supposed to remain to work on the nationalisation deal as this lady became CEO....

Facts now out in the public domain. Why all these incompetent women on all the plum positions at this Company?

Nothing wrong with Ndiema’s letter considering his level of education. Whoever did the letter conveyed the message to us.

KALPA now need to also step in and demand an open process to recruit a new CEO.

Unions are not part of the problems at KQ. An incompetent management team is behind all the issues bedevilling the Airline.

Look at this Hellen Mwariri thing - Was there any process followed during her recruitment?
