Rather than pumping in more cash into the moribund "Kenya Airways Plc" the designation of KQ should be transferred to a "New KQ" immediately. All sensible contracts, routes, agreements and necessary employees should move to "New KQ" while the unwanted liabilities and employees stay at "Old KQ"... "New KQ" would be owned by the creditors but it can rise like a phoenix over the next few years without the baggage of the "Old KQ" tying it down. KQLC should take a haircut and GoK should make good on its guarantees to KQLC. NOT AN EASY DECISION TO MAKE. Good luck! Greedy when others are fearful. China/looking East make more money than these US routes. Wonder why KQ is making this obvious mistake  In the business world, everyone is paid in two coins - cash and experience. Take the experience first; the cash will come later - H Geneen
