I leave this here

These domestic carriers without feeder traffic i.e. international arrivals to supplement the domestic passengers should not bother you.

It is not a threat to KQ's operations, may be direct competition to the likes of Air Kenya, Fly 540

Remember what we said here about Rwand Air & Fastjet?

Guess what @KQ will do... smile

Mikosz previously worked on Derivatives as an Investment banker.

I do not expect poor decisions to be made.

Might be due to issues stemming from the forensic audit. Who are these two individuals? Were they acting or substantive heads?

This guy is asking very hard questions. He is a seasoned executive and knows Airline business very well.

Ngunze was like a junior finance staff. The level of thinking he exhibited is very low.

Mikosz will take people to task. No shortcut for senior managers.

You remember KQ have lost a lot of legal cases in respect to staff and hence the legal guy who resigned or was asked to go might have overseen omissions.

The Head of finance - same predicament. People like the Treasury supervisor should not have managed to steal such amount of money without being detected.

The lady who was the Head of Internal audit was also very incompetent. Tickets prices should not have been sold at discounted prices under her watch. It amounts to professional negligence. There are so many issues which should have long been detected and corrected through simple internal audit.

I support Mikosz 100%.

I fully support the entire KQ board. Very competent people on that team. If they cannot succeed, no one else will

American tax dollars being used to buy off the competition.

Boeing uses their highly subsidized status in US to kill off competition in the small jets category where Bombardier and Embrear have an upper hand. The only way they can sell 737.
Life is short. Live passionately.

Must have been appointed to acting position last November by CEO.
Have the the “Consultants” left or they been given work permits...... for precisely what and at what cost.Or they are ones taking the vacated positions.
Hope another McKinsey is not cooking

I totally agree, he was much better off. It is a good chance for Mikosz to get another seasoned commercial executive to inject new ideas into the Airline.

I am loving this changes taking place in KQ.
