1) Who didn't steal at/from KQ?
2) Who except shareholders didn't make money from KQ?

@Diaz @Clarke @Yves @Maka never stole a dime from KQ.. There are several upright workers at the Pride of Africa.
The shareholders at KQ are wise and patient. Like the bamboo tree we wait for years patiently accumulating, then BAM! Millions in the bank

@ Diaz? Why do you think he resigned? Nailed in the forensic audit report. He was not going to survive the purge.

@Clarke - Messed ticketing big time. No commercial strategy put in place by him. He left the Airline very vulnerable to competition. Tickets being sold by agents and proceeds pocketed and no action from the Commercial Director.

@obiero, can you talk about something else please?

So everyone was dirty at KQ? Why would Bidco hire a goon? Which page of the forensic report lists either Yves, Diaz, or Clarke.. That's ignorance at the best and slander at the worst. Weka link tutatue hii kesi

Have not mentioned Yves anywhere but remember what is called collective responsibility. If the top management mess up everything then even the one who never did anything wrong must take responsibility.

Chris Diaz looted through Safari Sevens Sponsorship. He was only months away from being sacked but opted to leave.

Where in the world can a Marketing Director allow merchandise worth millions of shillings to be single sourced if he is not part of the game?

Sponsorship deals were also marred by improprieties. The auditors said that in the 2014 and last year’s sponsorships, there was no contract between KQ and the Safari Sevens organising team and, hence, no obligation to the event organisers. This past week KQ lost its Safari Sevens sponsorship of the Kenya Rugby team to betting company SportPesa.

“Our review of documents revealed instances of potential irregularities in the procurement process followed when selecting suppliers. We noted instances where purchasing orders for Safari Sevens related to procurements in 2014 and 2015 had been raised and approved after the services had already been received by KQ,” the auditors said.

Gerald Clarke approved tickets to be sold in the promotion category and agents pocketed billions while the CO. suffered massive looses.Even a gangster like Alex Mbugua is now using the flaw to claim he was fired for nothing yet Commercial messed up everything.

Where in the world can a Commercial director and his managers who are all paid very well can allow revenue instruments of a Co. to be voided, reissued, refunded and whatever the satan knows occasioning a loss of $ 12 million.

http://www.theeastafrica...8194-qtvp0lz/index.html

Quote:

Most of the KQ ticket prices filed in its system were below the minimum seat cost as per its finance records. KQ issued more than 7 million seats between 2012 and last year at below price, resulting in a loss of $611.6 million.

“Our analysis of the Europe, India and Dubai routes revealed that up to 80 per cent of the seats were sold on promo or low yielding classes. This is a pointer that the revenue management practices at KQ may not be effectively managed to maximise revenue yields,” the auditors said.

The airline was also accused by the auditors of allowing its staff to void, refund and reissue tickets, causing a revenue loss of $12 million.

“Some of the changes included numerous occurrences of overbooked tickets, where staff with access to the Amadeus system would reopen closed fares and enable overbooking of tickets in lower fares,” the report states.

Travel agents were also accused of overcharging the premium on ticket prices to the airline’s corporate clients, making its tickets non-competitive in the market. For example, in 2014 and 2015, travel agents overcharged corporate clients by $312,650.

Stop defending people who looted the Co. dry and talk about something else.

Do not come and tell me Bidco here. We know the kind of things that happened there.

So purchase of team jerseys is now a marketing role done by Diaz and not procurement.. And staff mischief on the booking system is Clarke fault. The links you avail point to none of the two. Collective responsibility is a term used but not understood. You steal as an individual not collectively. Hapa wazua utaona sampuli mingi ya binadamu

What's the role of the Head of a department in respect to mismanagement and corruption in a Company?

@obiero, you are a lay man in this subject. Keep off and do not defend anyone.

These guys messed up KQ big time with the blessing of Ngunze, Naikuni and Alex. All are crooks who should be jailed.

The role of a head is to oversee operation of the department. Incase one of the staff steals under my watch, it is upon me to identify and report the matter but that doesn't make me the thief. I have agreed severally that I am not an aviation expert but a humble investor at the NSE

Very telling volume in the last three trading sessions, KQ in my books remains the only tradable share in this trying moments.. Though only for the bold and brave.. Stay far away if you can't get the inside scoop for a prompt disposal if things fall apart

You are listening to @spikes, the clown who holds Kurwitu shares?? Well at least I had credibility at some point. If people laid bare their trades here in the same way that I do, @wazua would question their sanity

The good news is that a monumental pullback looms large to bundle more Wanjiku onto the bandwagon.

No chance of it being best performing stock for the year.
It started the year at 6.70 on January 3 2017.
