Ksh 5 is a tough resistance for KQ..After 5 we have 5.50 then 6.2 BUT that is a 25% gain from the three week low of 4.00 And the share is relatively liquid

I know a fellow who bought 10k shares at 50bob each in 2008 - invested sh500,000. He still holds them today. They're worth Sh50k!

All is not lost.. That money is gone and gone if you add on the dilution of shares that has taken place That person will average down to KES 17.93 per share, going by the expected Open Offer ratio of 2:1

Apparently there will be no confirmation of the EGM outcome, only direct loading up of the new shares followed by immediate consolidation on or before 31.08.2017.. These are uncharted waters so prepare for anything including total loss of capital. Only the brave should venture forward
