There is a 66.6% chance that KQ will not pay a dividend if your lifetime.

Tomorrow is promised to no one not even the president of USA. Like I live for KES 0.35 dividend per YEAR? Soo juvenile that statement.. We invest for the next generation and the bible says that it is better to leave an inheritance.. Why live for a meager dividend?? Capital gains define my investment strategy

What is the use of investing in a tree that will never bear fruit.

Tafakari hayo.

I have made a gross paper gain of KES 1,047,200 on KQ in the last 2 months with rise from KES 3.3 to KES 5 on a holding of 616,000 shares.. Tafakari hayo

Zero-sum gains. As long as KQ has negative reserves, poor management, tough operating environment and crushing loans... price will go up on rumours then coming crashing down like dominos.

Let's review by January.

LOL. Africans are soo negative. Did you even watch the interview by incoming chair? Meanwhile, Hondius has been earmarked as possible next CEO.. Only racial factors may block his appointment

@Hondius ndiyo nani?

Current Jambo jet CEO

@vvs is very silent as we cross to KES 5.20

Anangoja sub-2 bob!
No, I am not a buyer of KQ at 5, 3, or 2. Not even at 1/-

Buy buy buy! The half-year results should be coming out soon-still a loss but in the right direction. If KQ could find funds to reduce or even clear the high interest loans, we could expect a sub KES 1bn operating profit around this time next year. Personally, mshahara wangu wote huu mwezi nimededicate kununua hizi shares. Wish I had bought more a few weeks ago.

It's not too late.. Still trading at a discount, despite today's print of 9month high

Next on the line to be axed are the following thieves as per the below K24 Swahili news broadcast. The finance guy was in Cargo and he oversaw loss of millions through billing with Austral. I hope it comes to pass very soon for another rally to take place.

1. Mbuvi Ngunze
2. Musila - Director, Ground Services
3. Diaz - Director, Marketing.
4. Dick - Acting Fin. Director.

The rally is all local retailers, no long term investors.
This is clearly pump n dump.
In August I enjoyed a similar ride in Mumbai from 1 Bob to 1.35 bob.

I feel tempted to press the eject button on KQ. What would happen if the airline is wound up and a new entity is formed? We will be left holding feathers.

a good advisor who knows the competition in the airline industry, the goodwill kq has lost during this period and the liability in kq will sacrifice the shareholders and wide up kq to set a new airline not forgetting KLM ownership which is another thorn in kqs flesh,so how do you achieve this?you refuse to bail it out until it lands down and buy the assets as a different entity or investor
