Do we have business people in Kenya who started small, honoured Caesar by paying taxes fully from the word go, paid NSSF and NHIF as per regulations and have made it into stability in their trade?Or is our system so corrupt that one must bribe here and there and fail to honour set rules?

Such people don't go shouting about their honesty. In stead of looking for them why not embody those ethics yourself.
