Good people, since this is a small world, does any one have inside info on why ICEA trust services does not appear in the 2010 list of approved administrators as per http://www.rba.go.ke/file.asp?id=689.

RBA does not give reasons only saying deal with registered administrators. Who else was deregistered?

ICEA trust services shares the same directors as its sister ICEA asset management which is a fund manager and RBA in its wisdom thought that was incompatible as ICEA trust services could not exercise independence especially when it was the administrators in funds beings managed by the fund manager.
