Hallo all.
I am planning to invest in provision of office space for start up companies who may not afford to pay for large offices.
Any one out there who may interested?The cost will range between 12-15k per month.

is that for low, middle or high level offices i.e we have other operators in the market so do intend to be at par with ESBC or those guys at view park towers (who seem to be charging your rates).. you will discover a politically correct name for such is an incubator... plenty of funding and tax breaks on that
