Hi Wazuans,

Whatever happened to the many pyramid schemes that kenyans lost money to? Some were actually pegged to churches like CLIP which was situated next to he AKILA estate in South C was very attractive to unwary church going folk.

CLIP actually closed shop after a friend of mine introduced me to the place. He was one of the early members so he actually got all of his principal and interest back. Not so lucky for people who got on board later.

baws... give this up, there was a brief piece in the nation(can't remember what day) of the gov't basically telling "investors" to dust themselves and get over the "we're-gonna-get-paid" syndrome... pole :(

@Tmase There was an article in the Business Daily about all these things went down and the directors sent the money to offshore accounts and built flats, basically it's all over.
