Def disconnect in the markets......can someone/anyone explain why stocks rallying as IMF cuts forecasts and FED concerned about global growth?????

Dovish comments from the FED minutes sending the USD to a 2 week low. (Concerns also of corporate earnings being affected by high USD just before releases start coming in Shame on you )

DXY bearish trendline still intact and am thinking USD bulls will be looking to reaffirm their positions at 81.50 (previous major resistance). On the sidelines till the dust settles

@mnandii trailing stop on GBPJPY got hit yesterday @174.50 for 272 pips from the 1st of the month. Taking a wait and see approach into next week as i still think theres some room to move lower towards 170 level.
You dont have to be great to START but you have to start to be GREAT!!!!!!!!

Gold is beginning to look interesting. If it dips to 1050-1100 that should trigger a trend shift for a major bottom to challenge 1350-1450 resistance forest.

SPX hanging on a shoe string as it battles to close the weekly candle inside the rising wedge lower channel which dates from Oct 2012. Recent rising wedge breakdown happened on the EUR$ and since that Sept 2014 break, the euro has been sold hard.

Meanwhile oil (WTI and Brent) continue taking it in the chin as expect. WTI still on course to hit target at $80.

Ok guys! Be ready next week. I'll attempt to make you a millionaire (if you want to smile ). Action will be exclusively on E$ at 5 min time frame ( the market is moving fast, so a shorter time frame is recommended (Elliott wave principle)). It should also be a time for you to gauge the effectiveness of Elliott Wave Model.

So far E$ has moved up (to 1.2791 level) in 3 waves from the 1.2500 low. This is important because we now know with certainity ( 99.8% confidence) that E$ is going to drop below 1.2500 soon. Also that E$ will not go to 1.2791 anytime BEFORE going below 1.2500.

From the 1.2791 high to current level of 1.2605 is best counted as an impulse wave. So next week we expect E$ to rise in three waves to a level below 1.2791 before falling mightily. That's where we expect to make our bucks.

Best. mnandii.

There is an alternative view, making the [a] wave an impulse. But we'll consider it only if our SL is hit. Now we watch the market.

At this point we dispense with the impulse wave scenario.
