Former Trade bank proprietor Alnasoor Kassam is back in the country after 17 years on the run (Or is it in luxury life some place in Canada?).......and with a warrant of arrest issued way back in 1993 by former Nairobi magistrate Babu Achieng,you would expect the dude to have been arrested the moment he set foot here..................
