Has anyone ever done a business plan for a multi million property development? ideally for luxury flats in Mlolongo, Kitengela, Athi River or Nairobi. If so, please let me know as I need to pick your brain on a few issues...help!!

Have you heard of Nanyuki Mall, heard it was successfully built on the same basis. Perhaps if you get in touch with them and inquire, you may find like minded souls...
