Which bank is BDA referring to?

The photo they use is Equity Bank but is that a hint or simply a poor choice?

There are many tricks these crooks are using nowadays and people should be very careful when using their Credit/Debit Cards.

all these ips have an oracle database on them.i donot know the version but they do have an Oracle db on them.and whats more they are all kenyan ips.lol.so where exactly is that mpesa or equity bank database? the search continues.....
