Advise on purchasing land in Sabaki - Mlolongo (Kenchic Area). Whats the cost and advise on location?

..did you get the price?

....methinks a quarter here may be kitu 1.3m coz further up where a mast was erected, its going for about 1m.

....about 3 yrs ago, a quarter was about 300k. Now there is piped water,elect and once upgrading of Msa and Namanga roads is complete, that area will be very very pricey.

1/4 is asking 4 1.4m currently, a friend paid 4 1 last wk @ 1.2m after negotiating hard with the owner. Its a prime area, can ask 4 u abt the seller

less than 2kms from sabaki towards London distillers (past the by pass) a 1/4 is going for 400K!!

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback. We were shown one very near the houses where the open field begins (The quary is a bit far) selling 40 x 80 for 200K. Whats ur opinion about that area? R they genuine? How about plots in between the built hses? How much r they going for?

@ kamaa: Have been to that area too looking for the plots. Which houses are you refreing to? i know the ones near the quarry!

Hi,

Im talking about the houses 2kms from the main road. U will notice that after the stretch of 2kms, its an open field then the quarry. Now the plots r in the open field.
