Looks like the final proposal is 290 elected Mpigs,12 nominated Mpigs and 54 senators.....Salaries and allowances for this lot will be a staggering 3.7B a year........I propose full taxation of this waheshimiwa,plus a recall clause or we reject this constitution!!....Would it work?.
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

No because they continue escalating their salaries anyway (even if you reject the constitution) and more so because they are so persuasive at convincing majority of Kenyans (to do what they want or how to vote) and lastly they set the rules of the game (laws et all).

Seems like we need a peaceful revolution Sad which happens once in 10 yrs in Kenya.
