Why not first sell us what you have and then we could agree on a price? I think that is a fair deal.

@Bwenyenye @kazikwisha,wel the price will depend with which part of Karen u want...if its Karen plains come prepared with nt less than 8million,and it even gets worse in Karen Hardy where the asking price is nothin less than 15Million.

Anyway we can always work out something on the prices but those are the ranges.
