Hi all! What is the approximate cost of a plot which is 100 by 100 or 50 by 100 in Syokimau. I would love to hear about 4 kilometres or 5 kilometres from the Mombasa road

50*100 roughly 1.6M within your expected distance. For 100*100 (not sure) but you can multiply that figure by two.
It doesn't hurt to know more than you have
