I had swore never to deal with estate agents due to the numerous stories I had heard from my friends about them. Just last month,I did I have paid them a huge amount of money but they promised me a house that is not forth coming. All they do is give stories that the key is not available and that the owner is away so i cant access the house. The promised house is at nairobi west and im homeless at the moment since i was to occupy it begining this month Nov.

These conmen asked for cash to draw up a lease contract which i paid and didnt get a receipt as the contract was to be the receipt,so they said. Anybody with an idea how i can get my cash back? Can i sue these bustards?
