When you file individual tax returns due by end of June, how do you deal with the following issues:

You get rental income if the house is on loan

Income earned out of the country. Do returns apply to income within the borders?

Land that you are still paying loans for. Technically do you own this?

Any input is highly appreciated.

Sounds like you are doing Taxation in CPA and are just lazy. Surely you own a house, are working out of the country and have some land yet don't have an idea how to file your taxes?
