Hi,
What are the requirement for starting up a commercial college in Kenya? Does anyone have information in addition on the requirement for offering certified exams as such KNEC etc?

I should think its regulated by Higher education board.... or so it was supposed to be when they started mushrooming all over the place including on top of bars and market places. If you check with them or their website,you might get something of interest - i should think,
Some deals are like glass. Sometimes it's better to leave them broken than try to hurt yourself putting it back together.
