In regards to world cup qualification,arent these guys a disaster. Arent both federations the laughing stock for hiring these fellas without any merit.

Both Hey and Maradona are like geniuses when compared to another disaster a.k.a Domenech.

Maradona led his team in winning the world cup and so far there was no criticism untill their chances of qualifying to come to SA started dwindling. As for ours i even know not a team he ever played for,infact it's said that the first time he won a soccer match was with kenya.

A likely impossibility is always preferable to an unconvincing posibility.
African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'

You simply can't compare the two guys,Maradonna's team currently lies 4th,the last automatic qualification position for S.A,Heys team is last and no HOPE of going to SA even if the score a million goals against Naigeria.
I think Hey has won only one game in is role as national team coach,both in kenya and Liberia. In kenya he has lost friendlies against Malaysia,Baharain,Iran etc useless guy.

Argentina have qualified for 2010. Maradona's team won their last away game and sealed their place in SA last nite.

This is an insult to Maradona!!!!

Diego Maradona hit out at critics of his coaching after his Argentina team qualified for the World Cup on Wednesday and said he had issues to discuss with his boss. 'For those who didn't believe in this national team,for those who treated me like garbage (I say) today we are in the World Cup with all the honours,beating a team like Uruguay,' Maradona said.



Argentina secured their berth at the 2010 finals in South Africa with a 1-0 away win over arch-rivals Uruguay at the Centenario,scene of the first World Cup final in 1930. 'I am black or white,I'll never be grey in my life,' Maradona,who in Argentine eyes could no wrong as a player,told reporters as he criticised the media for inventing stories about differences within the national team staff.
