i am planning to buy this car.can anyone advice me on the maintenance cost.can i get one for less than 400000?is there any way i can reduce fuel cons and what ways will it affect the car?i need all ure advice guys(my first car)

400 k for B4?may be salvage,,,,
Can give you Mits Mirage,YOM 99,Mileage 74k km,clean if interested.

i used to have one - beautiful car. u shud be able to pick a used one for abt 500 to 600k. a new import will set u back between 800k to 1m. though its a bit heavy on fuel its a solid car with good performance. parts and maintenance are expensive so make sure it matches your budget. this aint no toyota when it come to maintenance. also beware of the resale value. it will be 50% of the price u buy it provided u find a buyer - in these recession days people are not touching subarus!

It does like 12km per litre and they have increased on Kenyan- Nbi roads that means they are good cars.

Dude/chic,as you can see from the replies,it's highly unlikely you'll get a good b4 for that price. Do your research,even look at the newspapers and see the average prices for the car you're looking for,whether import or yard - it will give you a good indicator of what you can get for the money you have,then you can move on to things about fuel consumption,performance,spare part availability and cost,re-sale values and so on.
