i think this guy is among the most level headed leaders in kenya.he dissapointed me when he equated paying taxes by mpigs as philanthropic a,but when it comes to getting consesus i have to give it to this guy or his advisers.This is the only way the constitution bill will be passed in parliament.All the other mpigs from both main parties have been catalysts indirectly to the impasse we have on the constitution and they will never in 100 yrs sit and agree on the contetious issues.
