When I post an answer,the spacing between paragraphs disappears after I submit. Why? how can I fix it. I use safari 4.0

...and many times in the last two weeks I get a message that I have been banned from posting in the forum!

Also,several times I post a reply and it appears as a new topic...sometimes in a different section
