I'm in need of your opinion.
i enquired about NHC apartments at langata and kileleshwa. a three bedroomed one goes for around 4.9m and 8.0m . i'm evaluating taking one whichever location,use it for the next five years,and then sell it. meanwhile,i will cumulate money to put up my dream house.
my dillema is,do those houses have a second hand market? if i clear the amount,can NHC have issues with selling the apartment? my reasoning is,rather than continuing renting someone property,why do not i pay the monthly instalment while i stay,and after organing self,sell it and move one.
from those with experience with NHC,CAN they allow MORTGAUGE from KCB where i can at lower rate ( 7% ). your take please. thanks
