Consider this case. Man lives with woman for around 5 years and they have a child together. Their union is not formalized whether traditionally or otherwise. Man walks out of the relationship after the 5 years and marries another woman. A few years later,man dies. What are the rights of the previous woman and her child with regard to inheritance of the estate?

Im not a lawyer but I think kama kuna evidence ya that 5yrs ... the kids will be considered if nothing else.....

...What you are likely to get here is gutter advice (unprofessional advice). Lawyers would charge upwards of 10k as consultation fee for that. I can bet my last penny that no lawyer would advice you here. Is TRS listening?
