maybe we can share some of our experiences so that we can avoid getting conned.


For example you are given a search number for the neighbouring land but they sell for you the wrong land.
That way even after searching with the ministry of Lands,the land exists lakini its your neighbours.....thats why we are adviced to have land surveyors
