excetra i think that this would be a good idea considering that this guy already has clients and experience.

However do not relax coz u already have existing clients make sure that the place is clean esp the vitambaas that are used to wipe the head. this will attract new and also keep the old clients.

Connect with clients like you could have a client database with their numbers,birthdays and suprise them with hair cuts for half price on their birthdays.
